ANIME Naruto Only

 I love Naruto.

But not "Naruto" exactly. Gaara is number one although I have to say I loved him even more when he was evil and mad at the world. But that's who I am going to talk about: Gaara and Naruto too I guess. Shippuden takes place Two and a half years after the previous series. The characters are older and less lame. However, it seemed everyone besides Naruto developed throughout the time span. Sakura was taken under the wing of Lady Tsunade, Gaara became Kazekage and everyone else passed the Chunin Exams. Sasuke of course is still chillin with Orochimaru and the Akatsuki are now the fully emerged threat that threatens the heroes. But a major upside to Shippuden is that there are little to no 'five episodes dedicated to primarily to flashbacks.'

Of course Naruto is more of a "save the world," "good vs evil," anime but there is a lot of intellect when it comes to the battle sequences and character backgrounds that shape the story. There are even characters from a few episodes ago that make reappearances which, in my opinion, grows a fan base if there are more than three characters to relate to.

Ive noticed a ton of merchandise dedicated to Rock Lee, Sakura, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Kiba and Akumaru, Kakashi and Itachi. But the one that stands out is Gaara. He has a unique power and a calm attitude about everything. Plus he looks HOT HOT HOT as a successful cosplay.

Next year at ACON (anime convention) i just may go as a polar oppostie of Gaara. Black and a girl. It will be hard but i have a feeling it will be fun and successful. Ill post pictures to show how it went.
